Janusz Fiszer PhD is a co-author of “Poland Chapter” in “Bloomberg Global Tax Guide”, recently published by the renown professional house Bloomberg Tax. The Poland Chapter describes the main features of the Polish tax system as of 2019, including all most recent regulations related to the CFC, GAAR, MDR, thin-capitalization, transfer pricing rules, as well as the new rules applicable to the withholding taxes on cross-border payments and all other tax provisions relevant for foreign investors.
