GESSEL advises Danwood S.A. on obtainment of new short-term credit facilities

GESSEL has advised Danwood S.A. on its cooperation with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. with respect to new credit facilities for financing day-to-day operations of the company, including capital expenditures.

Danwood S.A. is Poland’s largest producer of prefabricated houses. It employs over 900 workers at its Bielsk Podlaski headquarters and at representation operations in Germany, the United Kingdom, and Austria.

The GESSEL team (led by Maciej Kożuchowski, managing associate and comprised of Anna Fujak, trainee attorney and Bartłomiej Woźniak, trainee advocate) assisted with negotiations of the loan and collateral documentation and advised on fulfilment of the prerequisites for drawdown of the credit facilities.
