GESSEL advises Highlander Partners on its sale of a 100% stake in ProService Agent Transferowy Sp. z o.o.

GESSEL represented the Highlander Partners private equity fund on sale of 100% of the shares in ProService Agent Transferowy Sp. z o.o. to funds managed by the Oaktree European Principal Group and by Cornerstone Partners.

ProService Agent Transferowy Sp. z o.o. is a leading provider of solutions to financial asset managers in Poland. For more than 20 years, it has provided transfer agent, accounting, and IT services to financial institutions active in Poland and in other countries.

GESSEL provided comprehensive legal advice on the Highlander Partners side, in particular as regards drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents.
