GESSEL advises Profim and its shareholders on sale of a stake in Profim to a fund managed by Innova Capital

GESSEL provided comprehensive legal support in the sale of shares in Profim sp. z o.o. of Turek, a leading producer of office chairs and seating, to a private equity fund represented by Innova Capital.

The fund represented by Innova Capital is presently awaiting antimonopoly clearance to complete the transaction.

Profim is active in a number of European and global markets, to the point where the majority of its output is exported. It sells its products under its own brand, within an extensive distribution network, and cooperates with renowned designers. Its revenues for 2016 reached PLN 470 million, a 20% increase over 2015.
