GESSEL advises the LUX MED Group on its take-over of Prima-Dent

GESSEL provided legal support to LUX MED on its acquisition of three specialised Prima-Dent clinics in the Warsaw area. By way of this acquisition, LUX MED increased the number of its clinics to 200 nationwide and boosted its competence in the field of dental treatment.

Prima-Dent, in operation since the early 1990s, is one of the oldest and most recognisable dental clinic chains in Warsaw, with locations in the Ochota, Mokotów and Praga districts. Prima-Dent has a staff over 70 people, including 40 dentists.

LUX MED is a leader in the Polish private medical care market and a member of the international Bupa group, global provider of insurance and medical services. LUX MED patients benefit from a full range of outpatient, diagnostic, rehabilitation, hospital, and long-term medical services.

Apart from other tasks, GESSEL performed legal due due diligence of the acquisition target and drafted and negotiated the transaction documentation.
