GESSEL as advisor to Apteki Gemini in transaction of sale of its shares to Warburg Pincus

GESSEL has represented the owners of Apteki Gemini in the transaction of sale of Group’s shares to Warburg Pincus, a leading global private equity firm.
Gemini Group comprises 31 pharmacy stores operating mainly in the northern part of Poland and the biggest Polish online pharmacy business. The new partnership will support Gemini in the plan to expand its operations across the country.
GESSEL M&A team involved in the project was led by Marcin Macieszczak, partner and Maciej Kożuchowski, managing associate with GESSEL M&A team.
