GESSEL as advisors to Rawlplug S.A.

GESSEL has advised Rawlplug S.A. on the transaction for sale of shares in Fabryka Pił i Narzędzi Wapienica sp. z o.o. (a producer of industrial tools) and of the Globus trademark to Leszek Sobik, the Polish investor.

GESSEL provided comprehensive legal advice on the transaction, including the tax aspects of intellectual and industrial property.

Rawlplug is a leading producer of fastening systems in Europe and around the world, established almost a century ago.

Wapienica produces – and sells under the Globus trademark – specialised saw blades for materials such as wood, metals, PVC, and concrete.
