Specialisation:

Corporate law services, including transactions and disclosure duties of publicly listed companies. Advice on day-to-day operations and on all stages of construction and development projects, from site selection through lease of space. Civil law, with a special focus on contract drafting. Civil and administrative litigation, bankruptcy proceedings on the creditor and debtor sides. Lectures at the Faculty of Law, University of Zielona Góra.

Experience:

The lawyer with a number of Warsaw companies, including publicly listed ones; also cooperated with a number of law firms and worked at the Polish Ministry of Justice (Department of International Cooperation and European Law – EU Law Unit).

Education:

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw through the Interdepartmental College of Individual Humanities Studies (2008), legal studies at the University of Poitiers (2009) and the Institue d’Etudes Judiciares of Via Domitia University in Perpignan (2012). As an Erasmus scholar, also studied at the Faculty of Law of Galatasaray in Istanbul (2008). Admitted to practice as an advocate in 2013.
