Partner, attorney. Specialises in mergers and acquisition transactions (M&A), provision of day-to-day corporate services to commercial law companies and legal aspects of obtaining financing for business enterprises, including negotiation of terms and conditions of credit facility agreements.
Works with private equity and venture capital entities as they establish funds and assemble financing, acquire companies, and effectuate exits, also experienced in coordination of due diligence projects. Participated in a number of transactions and restructuring projects carried out for both financial and strategic investors, providing legal expertise on securing debt financing, drafting and negotiating financial agreements (including LMA standard loan agreements), and devising relevant collateral solutions for such financing. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, at which he also completed a course of study at the American Law Centre and the Mediation and Negotiation Course organised by the American Law Centre together with the Common Law Academic Society. Admitted to practice as an attorney in 2010.
