Arbitration and litigation. Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of arbitration and litigation in the fields of commercial law and civil law as well as tax and administrative proceedings. She also advises on special projects.

Represents Polish and foreign entities in domestic and international arbitration proceedings (before, among other bodies, the ICC, the Polish National Chamber of Commerce, FCC, and in ad hoc arbitration), in proceedings before the general and administrative courts, and before public administration bodies, including the tax authorities. Served as administrative secretary of arbitration tribunals in Polish and international arbitration proceedings (before the ICC, the Lewiatan Arbitration Court, and in ad hoc arbitration).

Experience:

A number of Krakow, Warsaw, and Lublin law firms, including internships at T. Studnicki K. Płeszka Z. Ćwiąkalski J. Górski Spółka komandytowa and at Kaczor Klimczyk Pucher Wypiór Adwokaci Spółka Partnerska in Krakow. Spent almost two years with the tax and judicial-administrative proceedings practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. With GESSEL since 2012.

Education:

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Krakow (2010). Admitted to practice as an attorney in 2015.
