Joined GESSEL in 2007, became a partner in 2009. Heads both GESSEL’s special projects department and the firm’s litigation and bankruptcy and restructuring departments. Represents entities and their management boards in disputes, transactions, negotiations and day-to-day business operations. Specializes in providing legal services for current business with a high degree of complexity, ongoing strategic advice, M&A transactions, restructuring processes, negotiation processes and handling out-of-the-box issues and special projects.

Author of numerous publications related to legal issues, tax issues, M&A transactions, litigation and dispute issues, as well as columns on widely understood legal and societal topics published in “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”, “Rzeczpospolita”, “FORBES” magazine, “Capital Market” and many others. Is a long-time expert, commentator and guest of numerous TV and radio stations, sharing his experience in Polish and international law.

In December 2019, he was honoured by Civil Rights Ombudsman Adam Bodnar “for his consistent commitment and support for citizens in their efforts to protect human rights.”
