Expert in securities and financial instruments, public trading of securities, banking law, capital markets law, commercial law and joint stock companies, and the Code of Commercial Companies and Partnerships; his broader interests span the economy and legal and social aspects of the development of civilization and technology, issues of cyberspace and information society, and the digital economy. Author and co-author of over 200 academic publications.
