Krzysztof Marczuk

Partner at GESSEL Law Firm, Legal Advisor. Specialises in public trading in financial instruments in the capital market.

He advises on public and private offerings of financial instruments, on purchases of substantial shareholdings in public companies, on the provision of legal services to brokerage houses and investment funds, on the performance of disclosure obligations by public companies and on the provision of corporate services to commercial companies and partnerships. He represents Clients in all types of administrative proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

He gained his experience in the Legal Department and Financial Instruments Department of the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission and later in the Issuers Department of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. He participated in legislative works concerning capital market law, including amendments to the Public Offering Act. With GESSEL since 2007.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Catholic University of Lublin. He completed his legal training for public prosecutors, and was admitted to practice as a legal advisor in 2009.
