Dr Janusz Fiszer specialised in tax law, not only that of Poland, but also in its international aspects. Beginning in 1980, he lectured at the University of Warsaw every successive academic year. He contributed expert advice to the drafts of many pieces of legislation, some of which continue to define the Polish tax system to this very day. Author of over 1,100 publications on the general nexus of the law, taxes, and finance in, among other periodicals, “Finanse”, “Państwo i Prawo”, “Przegląd Podatkowy”, “Monitor Podatkowy”, “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”, “Tax Notes International”, “Tax News Service”, “East European Business Law”, “European Taxation”, “Intertax”, and “Wirtschaft und Recht in Osteuropa”.

Regularly recognised in Polish and international rankings of tax lawyers: Chambers, Chambers Europe, PLC Which Lawyer?, World Tax, Ranking of Tax Advisory Firms and Tax Advisors, Who’s Who Legal – The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers, Rzeczpospolita, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and Forbes.
