GESSEL advised BeBio sp. z o.o. on acquisition of online diet planning services, including Vitalia and Ketoonline, in the form of an organised part of a business enterprise from Fitatu sp. z o.o., a company best known for its advanced calorie-counting app and nutrition plan platform.
Our legal team provided comprehensive legal support covering the transaction structure, drafting of the documentation, and negotiations.
“We appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of the GESSEL team at every stage of the project. Thanks to their commitment, all matters relating to the transaction were handled efficiently and smoothly,” said Lefteris Kavoukis, CEO and co-owner of BeBio.
“The BeBio project had a unique character. The transfer of key assets required arrangements with influencers collaborating with Fitatu, enabling the continued commercial development of the project under the BeBio brand. We are pleased to have used our transaction experience and sectoral knowledge to successfully complete this process,” commented Bartłomiej Woźniak, Managing Associate at GESSEL.
