GESSEL advised Creotech Instruments S.A., a Warsaw Stock Exchange listed space technology company, in connection with its public offering of 650,000 Series M shares conducted through an accelerated bookbuilding process. The value of the offering amounted to PLN 481,000,000.00. Series M Shares were admitted to trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The offering attracted strong interest from institutional investors, including international investors. UniCredit acted as Lead Global Coordinator, J.P. Morgan and Trigon acted as Joint Global Coordinators, while BM PKO BP acted as Joint Bookrunner. ccgroup supported the transaction in the areas of equity advisory, investor relations and financial communications.
GESSEL advised Creotech Instruments on all legal aspects of the public offering, including transaction structuring, the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, and regulatory advice in connection with the public offering, the share issuance and the admission of the securities to trading.
