We provided comprehensive legal advice to H88 and R22 and its shareholders in the transaction of repurchasing H88 shares from a fund managed by 3TS Capital Partners. Additionally, we supported R22 in stock market reporting related to the transaction.
Furthermore, we assisted the R22 Group in securing financing in the form of a syndicated loan provided by mBank and ING Bank Śląski, which included funding for the acquisition of H88 shares from a fund managed by 3TS Capital Partners.
