GESSEL advised Olivia Fin on a bond issue approaching PLN 40 million

GESSEL provided legal advice to Olivia Fin sp. z o.o. S.K.A., a company from the group operating the Olivia Business Centre office complex in Gdańsk, in connection with issue of P2024C series bonds with a total value of PLN 39,896,000, carried out within the company’s IV Bond Issue Programme.
Under the same programme, Olivia Fin previously issued P2024A series bonds with a value of EUR 11,678,000 and P2024B series bonds with a value of PLN 60,000,000. The successive bond series were introduced to the alternative trading system on the Catalyst market.
