GESSEL provided comprehensive legal advice to WPIP Green Energy sp. z o.o., a leader in the Polish renewable energy market, in connection with the sale by WPIP Green Energy and METROPOLIS Doradztwo Gospodarcze sp. z o.o., an external financing consultancy, of a biogas plant in Iłówiec Wielki capable of supplying approximately 4,000 MWh to the grid, to Galia Green Power, a renewable energy entity investing in biogas and biomethane projects.

GESSEL’s brief covered support throughout the project, including preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation.
