GESSEL provided comprehensive legal advice to the founder and sole owner of Mastergrupa sp. z o.o., the operator of the nationwide franchise network Pizzeria Stopiątka, in connection with the sale of 100% of its shares to Domino’s Pizza Poland, the master franchise holder of the Domino’s brand in Poland and Croatia.
“This is yet another sell-side transaction in which we had the pleasure of supporting a Polish entrepreneur in the process of selling their business. Projects of this kind further strengthen GESSEL’s reputation as the go-to law firm for company owners seeking comprehensive and effective legal advice when selling their businesses,” said Michał Bochowicz, Partner at GESSEL.
This is not GESSEL’s first collaboration with entities involved in the current structure of Domino’s Pizza Poland. The firm also advised on the earlier acquisition of the Dominium pizza chain by the ACP fund and on the formation of the Domino’s group in Poland.
