GESSEL provided comprehensive legal assistance to Ray Corporation in the transaction of indirectly acquiring a stake in Makarony Polskie S.A. through the acquisition of Madova sp. z o.o. from the selling company Bewa sp. z o.o. As a result of this transaction, Ray Corporation expanded its presence in the Polish market beyond its contact center operations.
