GESSEL advised Weco-Travel on the integration of Supertour into the company’s structure

GESSEL advised Weco-Travel, a leading business travel company in Poland, on the incorporation of Supertour into its business structure, a privately owned travel agency specialising in leisure and corporate travel services.

The transaction constituted an important element of Weco-Travel’s growth strategy and was aimed at increasing the scale of operations and expanding its B2B offering. The integration of Supertour into Weco-Travel’s organisation enables the further development of competencies in destination management, incoming tourism, and tour operator services while simultaneously strengthening the Group’s technological and expert capabilities. GESSEL provided comprehensive legal advice throughout all stages of the transaction, including transaction structuring, preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation, and support through completion.
