GESSEL advises BHM Group on the sale of a portfolio of 10 A-Centrum retail parks to My Park

GESSEL provided comprehensive legal support to BHM Group, an international real estate investor, in connection with the sale of a portfolio of 10 retail parks operating under the A-Centrum brand to the Czech investment group Reticulum, the owner of the My Park chain.

The transaction concerned retail parks located across various regions of Poland, with a total leasable area exceeding 30,000 m². The acquisition marks Reticulum’s entry into the Polish commercial real estate market and aligns with its strategic objectives of geographical expansion, portfolio diversification and increasing investment value across Central European markets.

GESSEL provided comprehensive support in the extensive due diligence of the target companies, legal risk analysis, and, to a limited extent, assistance with transaction documentation and negotiations.
