GESSEL advises CVI on a transaction for financing an MBO of 100% of the shares in Krosno Glass S.A.

GESSEL provided comprehensive legal advice to a fund co-managed by CVI Dom Maklerski Sp. z o.o. on the transaction for financing a management buy-out of Krosno Glass S.A.

Consequent to this transaction, the SPV established for its purpose acquired a 100% stake in Krosno Glass S.A., a leading glassware producer.

GESSEL supported CVI and the SPV at all stages of the project, including drafting of the transaction documentation and the bank documentation as well as closing.
