GESSEL advised DataWalk S.A., the Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed technology company developing a graph analytics platform used in the public and financial sectors, on a PLN 116.25 million non-prospectus public offering of newly issued shares conducted by way of an accelerated bookbuilding.
The issue price was set at PLN 155 per share, representing a premium to the closing market price on the date of launch. The accelerated bookbuild was carried out through IPOPEMA Securities.
The successful completion of the offering confirmed market confidence in the company’s technology, strategic positioning and future growth prospects.
“The completion of the offering marks another important milestone in the continued development and growth of DataWalk, particularly in the defence and national security segments. The capital raised will allow us to strengthen our go-to-market capabilities and further expand relationships with our growing commercial client base. The GESSEL team provided comprehensive and effective legal support at all stages of the transaction,” said Paweł Wieczyński, President of the Management Board of DataWalk S.A.
“We have had the opportunity to advise on all of the company’s capital markets financing rounds since its admission to the regulated market. We are therefore pleased to have supported DataWalk once again on this strategically significant offering and to contribute to the continued development of its presence on the capital markets,” said Krzysztof Marczuk, Partner at GESSEL.
