We provided comprehensive legal support to mLeasing sp. z o.o. on its acquisition of a 100% stake in LeaseLink sp. z o.o., coupled with refinancing of the target’s debt. Our input included due diligence of LeaseLink sp. z o.o., drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation, and support at closing.
mLeasing is one of Poland’s foremost leasing institutions, ranked fourth in terms of 2018 sales by the Polish Leasing Union. It offers contract hire solutions for vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes, heavy goods vehicles, and plant and equipment (including medical devices) as well as corporate fleet management services. mLeasing also provides finance for commercial and office facilities, hotels and warehouses.
LeaseLink provides leasing and e-commerce solutions in the fintech environment. Over the past two years, LeaseLink built up a strong online leasing operation in the low-value transactions segment. Fintech services are offered by almost 2,000 online stores.
