Our lawyers assisted BNS Capital in its sale of a 70% stake in Hymon Fotowoltaika to Griffin Capital Partners and Kajima Partnerships Europe, drawing up the transaction documentation, taking part in negotiations, and advising on the antitrust aspects.
Hymon Fotowoltaika is a leading installer of photovoltaic and heat pump systems, serving businesses as well as private customers; it also imports and distributes the relevant hardware, working with leading international producers (also on an exclusivity basis). Hymon Fotowoltaika fields over 100 qualified installation teams, who set up and activate some 1,300 systems every month.
Griffin Capital Partners is a major investor and property manager, active in the private equity and real estate markets across Central and Eastern Europe. The firm creates its own investment platforms as well as taking over and growing existing businesses, cultivating new market leaders.
