GESSEL’s lawyers supported the clients at all stages of the project, from negotiating the letter of intent, through preparing and agreeing on extensive and comprehensive transaction documentation, to closing the transaction, while coordinating cooperation with the founders’ advisors in Poland and several other jurisdictions.
„…In what is a multi-faceted transaction of much importance to us, I am grateful for the cooperation of such a committed, knowledgeable and efficient team…”, commented Lucjan Suski, one of Surfer’s founders.
Within GESSEL, the project was led by the Special Cases / Risk & Support team headed by Piotr Schramm, an attorney specializing in, among other things, complex negotiations and transactions of a Polish, cross-border, and transatlantic nature.
