UOKiK and four other European antitrust authorities clear an acquisition by our client, MS Galleon GmbH

We advised the investment company MS Galleon GmbH on its acquisition of Corab S.A., as a result of which our client is poised to assume exclusive control over the target.

Effective closing of the deal was predicated upon antitrust permission from UOKiK and from its counterparts in four EU jurisdictions – Estonia, Lithuania, Germany, and Bulgaria. The proceedings before UOKiK and coordination with the other jurisdictions were attended to by Bernadeta Kasztelan-Świetlik, assisted by Natalia Leśna. Our skilled colleagues, Christian Schmidt and Agnieszka Kolenda-Kuchcicka, handled the antitrust notifications for Germany.
