We advised cyber_Folks S.A. in connection with the execution of a preliminary share purchase agreement for 49.9% of the share capital and total voting rights in Shoper S.A., as the buyer, for a purchase price of nearly PLN 550 million.
The closing of the transaction is contingent upon the company obtaining clearance from the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) for the concentration.
