We advised DataWalk S.A. in the preparation and execution of a public offering of shares issued within the Company’s authorized capital.
The offering was conducted via an accelerated book-building process (ABB) and targeted selected investors under an exemption from the obligation to prepare a prospectus.
As legal advisors, we were responsible for the transaction’s conceptual framework, supporting the Company’s Management Board, preparing comprehensive transactional and issuance documentation, and ensuring the Company fulfilled its public market disclosure obligations.
The total value of the offering was nearly PLN 30 million.
