We advised Depilacja.pl on acquisition of a majority stake in Yasumi Polska

Depilacja.pl drew upon our support in securing financing for the deal and in rearranging its shareholding structure.

Depilacja.pl has acquired a majority stake in Yasumi, the largest Polish beauty and spa network. Together, the brands plan dynamic development in Poland and abroad, as well as the advancement of technology, including devices for treatments. The combined network of Depilacja.pl and Yasumi comprises over 200 cosmetic institutes, laser hair removal salons, and spas, employing more than a thousand cosmetologists and physiotherapists. Yasumi also offers a line of cosmetics for professional and home use, available at Hebe drugstores and their online store.

Yasumi Polska operates a nationwide network of Japanese-themed spa locations, the biggest such chain in Poland. Apart from offering a broad palette of health and beauty treatments, Yasumi also sells its own branded cosmetics, which it elaborates in cooperation with international laboratories. Apart from the company’s physical locations, these are also available at Yasumi’s online store and at Hebe drugstores.
