We advised Grupa Kęty S.A. in the process of preparing, negotiating, and executing the transaction documentation related to the acquisition of shares in SELT sp. z o.o., headquartered in Opole.
Our support included conducting due diligence, preparing and negotiating the preliminary conditional share purchase agreement for SELT sp. z o.o.’s shares, advising on the transaction closing process, conducting antitrust law analysis, and preparing the merger control notification to the relevant antitrust authorities in Poland and Austria.
The transaction work was led by Bartłomiej Woźniak (managing associate), with support from Diana Strzałkowska-Grad (senior associate), and Aleksandra Głuszek (senior associate).
