We advised PlayWay S.A. in a complicated corporate dispute concerning Titan GameZ.
Our work on this complex case extended beyond questions of corporate law, also encompassing litigation, restructuring, transaction-related matters, and intellectual property.
We secured a favourable outcome for PlayWay S.A., which has now acquired rights in Titan GameZ’s key asset – the Viking City Builder game.
The contract negotiations were conducted by Michał Wieliński (managing associate), Anna Ziewalicz (managing associate) and Martyna Milka (senior associate) provided litigation support, Jakub Brzeski (senior associate) worked on the restructuring, and Daria Golus (senior associate) coordinated the intellectual property aspects.
Our thanks extend to PlayWay S.A. for their trust and for the successful cooperation!
