We advised a shareholder of Senetic Holding S.A. headquartered in Katowice on a sale of shares in Senetic Holding to a consortium of investors including Euvic, Gemini Holding, and Hyperr.
We provided our client with comprehensive support throughout the transaction process, including structuring of the transaction, negotiating its terms and drafting of the shareholders’ agreement.
