We advised the LUX MED group on its recent investment in the Ortopedicum Hospital in Krakow.

Our comprehensive support included due diligence, work on the transaction documentation and closing, and negotiating solutions ensuring comfort of the parties in terms of their mutual liability.

The entire project at its due diligence and transaction stages was supervised by Marcin Macieszczak, managing partner.
