The Act on Counteracting the Unfair Exploitation of Contractual Advantage in the Trade in Agricultural and Food Products has been in force for almost two years. The OCCP has just announced the completion of the proceedings and the issuance of a binding decision in the case of Döhler Sp. z o.o. on 20 May 2019. The President of the OCCP, accepted the conditions proposed by the Companies and did not impose a fine.
