2021 at GESSEL’s capital markets practice summarised

This has been an eventful year for GESSEL‘s capital markets specialists, as illustrated by the following figures:

• 5 IPOs and SPOs with an aggregate value approaching PLN 486 mln;
• 2 bond issues with an aggregate value of PLN 400 mln;
• 2 tenders with an aggregate value approaching PLN 50 mln;
• 2 share buy-backs with an aggregate value approaching PLN 70 mln;
• 3 incentive schemes with an aggregate value approaching PLN 50 mln.

We advised 55 Clients on various issues of capital markets and securities law, and 20 companies listed on the various trading platforms of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on information and filing duties.
