Adam Kraszewski to address the “HR 2019. Law, inspirations, instruments” conference

On 16 April 2019, the Golden Floor Tower spelling w wersji pol conference and training centre at ul. Chłodna 51 in Warsaw will be the venue of the “HR 2019. Law, inspirations, instruments” conference organised by the Lewiatan Confederation under the auspices of Klub Marka jest kobietą.

The event is targeted at medium-sized enterprises (loosely defined as employing between 50 and 249 persons). One of its central themes is equal pay for women and men; it is part of a broader project entitled “Equal opportunities in business – A practical instrument for implementing the principle of equal gender opportunity at enterprises”, a continuation of an effort pursued by the Polish Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy over the years of 2013-2015. The main goals of the project are to strengthen the position, and improve the situation, of women in the workplace and to foster equal opportunities in economic decision-making.

Adam Kraszewski, managing associate, will join in the panel entitled “LAW. Employment-related rules”, speaking about employee files and processing of personal data for employment purposes in light of the General Data Protection Regulation.
