Another success of GESSEL’s special cases practice

The special cases team of GESSEL lead by Piotr Schramm, advocate, represented Tesgas S.A., a publicly listed company, in long, complex negotiations associated with crisscrossing claims and disputes between Tesgas S.A. on the one hand and PBG Energia Sp. z o.o. and Bioelektrownia Szarlej Sp. z o.o. on the other.

The negotiations culminated in the signing of a settlement concluding the dispute in which our client’s counterparties abandoned their claim for PLN 94,923,670 (associated, first and foremost, with a construction works agreement and with activation of a bio gas power generation facility).

The fact of the dispute’s conclusion was announced by Tesgas S.A. to the general public in one of its recent communiqués.
