The conference GENERATIONS IN ARBITRATION XI: Expanding Horizons - How to Profit from “Multi” Developments in Arbitration ? was held in Vienna on 11 April.
Dr. Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz took part in the panel debate entitled Corporate disputes at public and private companies: How much room is there for arbitration ?, dealing with “ multicontract and multi-party arbitration as well as the opportunities of arbitration corporate disputes in private and public companies”.
The annual GIA Vienna is combined with the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. It is an event which brings together students contemplating future careers in arbitration as well as experienced practitioners, providing an excellent opportunity for exchange of knowledge and comparison of notes. A highlight on the international roster of arbitration-related events, it attracts over 1,000 students from 290 universities in 67 countries as well as over 600 arbitrators.
