Bernadeta Kasztelan-Świetlik joins GESSEL as partner

Over the past three years, Bernadeta Kasztelan-Świetlik served as Vice President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, managing the operations of three departments – Concentration Control, Competition Protection, and Legal. Her responsibilities included enforcement of Polish and European competition law and representing the Office vis a vis other governmental and public institutions (e.g. Polish parliament) and at the European Union level (e.g. within the European Competition Network). 

Bernadeta Kasztelan-Świetlik will head GESSEL’s competition law practice. 

The GESSEL legal team now comprises 50 lawyers, including 12 partners.
