Bernadeta Kasztelan-Świetlik on distribution agreements

Bernadeta Kasztelan-Świetlik, competition law expert on GESSEL’s legal team, will take part in workshops on distribution agreements to be held in Warsaw on 7-8 September 2010, giving a presentation on Illegal Forms of Cooperation Between Business Enterprises.

This is the second (after April 2010) edition of the Distribution Agreements workshops organised by Business Media Solutions. The participating experts, recruited from a number of leading law firms, will once again analyse the applicable laws, examples of actual agreements, and case studies.
