We are happy to announce that our colleague Michał Osowski has successfully sat his professional examinations and is now an attorney.

Michał Osowski specialises in M&A transactions in the public and private markets, day-to-day company law advice for commercial entities, and legal aspects of corporate finance, including private bond issues. He contributes to all stages of M&A projects, including due diligence, drafting of the transaction documentation, negotiations and finalisation. The recent projects he worked on include establishment of the strategic alliance between Nets and Przelewy24, the investment in Columbus Energy  and the take-over of LeaseLink.
Michał is a member of the GESSEL team since 2016.
