GESSEL is rolling out a five-part contest on LinkedIn; the lucky winners will receive a copy of “Prawo przedsiębiorców. Komentarz” written by our lawyers.

The contest question for today: do partners in an unlimited partnership have the status of entrepreneurs within the meaning of the legislative Act of 6 March 2018 – the Entrepreneurs Law ?

The book presents in-depth analysis of the Entrepreneurs Law – a statute accounting for the bulk of the legislative package dubbed the Constitution for Business. The act, as explained in the commentary, is devoted to the rights and duties of a business enterprise in dealings with state authorities. The authors discuss the new legislation’s impact on the situation of business enterprises.
