Dorota Bryndal at the Congress of Polish Culture (23-25 September 2009)

Dorota Bryndal, partner in GESSEL, took part in the panel debate entitled “Institution, Company, or Event – How to Organise, Judge, and Finance Culture” which was held as part of the Congress of Polish Culture in Krakow.

The panel was moderated by Beata Bochińska, President of the Institute of Industrial Design in Warsaw. In its course, Iwona Palczewska presented a report on design. Apart from Dorota Bryndal, the participants included Dominique Lesage – executive director of the Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. Group, Wojciech Szczurek – Mayor of Gdynia, and Wojciech Trzciński – founder of the private Fabryka Trzciny Art Centre (2003). 

The Congress had the goal of recapitulating and analysing the current state of all areas of Polish culture in what is the 20th year following initiation of political and economic transformation in the country.
