Dr Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz speaks at the conference entitled “Arbitration – Standards, tendencies, perspectives”

Dr Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz joined the conference entitled “Arbitration – Standards, tendencies, perspectives” organised by the Arbitration Court of the National Chamber of Commerce and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, speaking on substantive standards in court proceedings and in arbitration proceedings concerning claims for declaratory relief.

In an attempt to take the pulse of Polish and international arbitration, the panellists analysed the trends manifesting themselves in alternative dispute resolution and their implications for the future.
