Dr Beata Gessel to discuss management options during the 20th Economic Forum in Krynica Zdrój

On 9 September, Dr Beata Gessel will take part in the panel debate entitled Two Decades of Management Options in Poland – Achievements and Perspectives ? organised by Enterprise Investors as part of the 20th Economic Forum in Krynica-Zdrój.

The topics debated will include the goals of option programmes and the means of verifying achievement thereof, the option programme as a recruitment tool and as a factor in cultivating ties between a company and its management, the management cadres covered by option programmes, remuneration instruments in the context of option programmes, and taxation of revenue from options.
