Dr Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz to join the M&A Dispute Conference

Dr Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz will take part in the M&A Dispute Conference organised by the Istanbul Arbitration Center (ISTAC) to be held on 18 January 2019.
The conference will focus on the practical aspects of M&A disputes, making it especially interesting for lawyers advising on M&A transactions, corporate lawyers, arbitration practitioners and businesspeople.
Dr Gessel will join Osman Berat Gürzumar, Ayşegül Huysal and Gökhan Altun in a panel debate entitled “How to prove damages in M&A disputes”.
