GESSEL’s M&A Departament advised Sygnity S.A. on the sale of an separate entity involved in medical computer support services delivered by Infomedica and Mmedica – for 28 mln PLN. For GESSEL, the transaction was handled by: Marcin Macieszczak, partner, attorney at law and Piotr Schramm, advocate.
